Name on the Badge is Incorrect or Changed
If your badge contains an incorrect name or if there has been a name change, please visit our staff at the registration desk for assistance in updating your name or business information. A valid government ID and GE license will be required.

Badge Confirmation Not Received
All badges are sent one week prior to the event. If you have not received your badge, please check your spam folder for an email with the subject line, “Badge Confirmation – Hawaii Market Expo.”

Missing Employee Badges
If multiple badges were registered under the same email, Gmail users may find them stacked in conversation mode. To view additional badges, click the “…” in the email thread. If you are still unable to locate them, we can print badges on-site for you.

Accidentally Deleted Badge
We do not resend badges. If you have attended any of our events in the past year, your information is stored in our system. Please bring your valid ID and GE license, and we will print your badge on-site.

Last-Minute Registrations
If you registered within a few days before the event, we may not have had time to process your registration and send your badge. You may still register on-site by providing proof of business. All valid B2B owners will be able to register at the event.

Guest Badges
Guest badges must be purchased at the box office. This applies to all non-employees.

All other inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
